Characteristics sections, it states that County Use Code:Attached SFR - Not Condo and in the Universal Land Use Code:PUD
Why is a PUD important? The FHA and the VA treat each unit in a "Planned Unit Development" as a "Single Family Residence" so easier to get an home loan from the FHA or the VA.
