Along time ago I, David Walker wanted to live aboard a Sailboat at a Santa Barbara Mooring just off the Santa Barbara beach. Row ashore everyday go to school, work, play and have a neat, neat place to come home to. I thought that a Santa Barbara Homes, Condos, or any other real estate (at that time in my mine) could not conpare. but my dream has changed. . . . but I can sell it to you. There is more but it pains my head and wallet to remember it all !!! We spent over one year & $100,000 buying & installing everything and then we went Cruising for 3 years.
