It's because the average real estate agent's website receives only one hundred to two hundred "unique visitors" per month! That is individual people coming to the site. It's not "Page Views" which is 2.93 pages per visitor for David Walker's site. Nor is it "Hits" which is counted 1 for each element of the web page. By counting elements of the page it is much easier to get 5 or more hits per page viewed.
